FAQ

  • I’d love a quote for my wedding—how can I get one?

Amazing! The best way to get started is by reaching out directly with as much information as possible. The more details you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Helpful information includes:

    Your wedding date

    Venue/s

    Guest numbers

    Bridal party size

    Ceremony setup or ideas

Reception table numbers, sizes, and shapes

Whether you have a bridal table

Additional flower needs (e.g. cake, bar, wishing well)

Inspiration images or a mood board

Your budget (if you have one)

Prefer a chat instead of emails? I’m more than happy to meet in person or schedule a phone/video call to discuss everything.

  • I want to book you for my wedding—what’s next?

To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required. This is based on the current quote and will be deducted from your final total, which is payable closer to your wedding day.

  • What if I change my mind or want to update things?

No problem at all! I’ll be in touch a few weeks before your wedding to finalise every detail. You’re welcome to make changes, additions, or even cancellations at that stage. If you're planning major changes, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible, as it may impact staffing or logistics. Final payment is due two weeks before your wedding once everything is locked in.

  • What happens on the day?

On your big day, I’ll take care of everything we’ve planned. I’ll deliver your bouquet and any buttonholes, set up your ceremony and reception, and return later to bump everything out if that’s part of the plan. I’ll coordinate directly with your venue or planner so you can relax and enjoy your day stress-free.

  • I’m a bit worried about using a small business—what if you’re sick on the day?

That’s a completely valid concern. While the personal attention and care you get with a small business is one of our biggest strengths, I absolutely understand the need for reassurance. In the unlikely event I’m seriously unwell on your wedding day (which has never happened), I have a trusted network of experienced florists I can call on. They would step in seamlessly to execute everything exactly as planned.

  • Do you only do weddings?

Absolutely not! I love flowering any and every celebration you may be having. We do christenings, baptisms, birthdays, end of life celebrations, funerals, corporate events - just get in touch and see what we can do for you.

  • Do you have a minimum spend?

No, I don’t - I actually had a small, low-key wedding myself, so I completely understand that not everyone wants to go all-out — but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have beautiful flowers! Pricing really depends on what you’re after and is influenced by things like your flower choices, the season, and the scale of your order. As long as your expectations match your budget, I’m more than happy to help.

  • I am getting quotes off a few florists, is that okay?

Quotes are completely obligation-free, but they do take time to prepare — so I always recommend making sure my style aligns with your vision before we dive in, just to respect both of our time. If you receive a quote and decide to go in a different direction, that’s totally okay! I just kindly ask that you let me know so I don’t continue following up. Ghosting is unfortunately pretty common in this industry, so a little courtesy really goes a long way.

  • I don't really know what I want, can you help?

Of course! One of our favourite ways to work is when clients come to us and we can build a vision together. Or you can just give us a colour palette or vibe and we can do the rest. Trust us to create something incredible for you and I promise we will.
